TRI-CITIES CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BUSINESS EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2026
The Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the opening of nominations for our prestigious Business Excellence Awards, which recognize outstanding contributions from businesses, non-profits, and leaders in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore, and Belcarra.
We invite you to submit nominations in the following seven categories:
• Business Leader of the Year
• Business of the Year (1-20 employees)
• Business of the Year (20+ employees)
• Food and Beverage Excellence new
• Not-for-Profit of the Year
• Young Professional of the Year
• Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics
Nominations will be evaluated by two dedicated judging panels made up of Chamber members, including our Board of Directors, Board of Governors, Ambassadors, Sponsors, and previous award recipients. Please note that the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics will be assessed by a separate panel of judges from the Better Business Bureau.
Please note there is a $20 nomination fee.

• Nomination Period: Open now until November 23, 2025
• Awards Gala: April 25, 2026

ELIGIBILITY RULES
Nominees must have a valid business license in at least one of the Tri-Cities.
The business or individual does not have to be a member of the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce to be submitted.
The business or individual must have conducted business operations within the Tri-Cities area for the twelve consecutive months prior to the date of their submission.
While a business or individual may apply for multiple award categories, they may only be selected as a finalist for one single category per year.
A business or individual is ineligible to win any BEA award more than once in three years.
All submission packages must be properly filled out to be considered; incomplete submissions will be returned for proper completion.
Additional Information
All applications are accepted at the discretion of the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce and judged by an independent judging panel.
The Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce has the right to not accept any nomination.
An award may not be issued for every category each year depending on the submissions received.
A business may be issued an award for a category other than the one for which they were nominated.
